We track and measure multiple metrics, including the sources of candidates (e.g. from website, job boards, social media, referral, etc.), qualifications of candidates, offer acceptance rates, turnaround time to fill positions, and the quality and cost of each hire.
The available talent pool has a significant impact on the time it takes to source and attract qualified candidates. Sourcing candidates, assessing their skills set, and conducting the first round of interviews usually takes us a few days to a week or more. We only contact the most qualified candidates for the second round of interview through phone, live chat, or in-person. Rest assured, however, that our dedicated recruiters will work double time to fill your open roles as quickly as possible.

Recruiters

All our recruiters have a background in technical recruitment, making them well-versed in delivering appropriate recruitment strategies to clients. Most, if not all, of them have worked for and/or with top technical companies, making them proficient in the technical recruitment process and in addressing the challenges it represents.

That depends on your requirements. If you only need to fill a couple of open roles, we will assign one to two recruiters to handle your recruitment from start to finish. If you have a large number of open 'heads' to be filled as a result of quick organic growth, we will form a team of five or more recruiters to take care of your recruitment needs.

Each candidate our recruiters source must undergo a pre-screening interview before they can move forward to the next phase of the process. Aside from this assessment method, we also conduct background checks. These approaches ensure that the candidates we will forward to you possess the right skill set for your needs and have no negative record that could put your company at risk later on.

This depends on you. You can be involved as you want to be in the process and lead our recruiters in the direction where you want to take it. Or, you can simply give us your requirements and our recruiters will handle the rest to let you focus on your core business, and we will keep you on the loop throughout. The point is, we will work with you in figuring out a recruitment process that works best for your company.

Fees and Payment

This refers to the standard costs incurred throughout the recruitment process to source candidates and get them placed.

We charge a contingency fee that is equivalent to 20% of the annual salary of a candidate. We only charge this fee if we are able to successfully place a candidate.

The contingency covers our full-range of services from start to finish. That includes requisition management, candidate sourcing, job placement, and after-placement support.

We accept payments made using major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. We are working on adding other payment gateways for the convenience of our clients.
